Dave Johnson at TheTradingDigest.com has been capturing videos of his screen and narrating what he’s doing while he’s daytrading. They are very informative, and I think they will be interesting even if you’re not a trader. He’s normally in and out within 10-15 minutes, and he films the whole trade and posts it unedited. Here’s a sample:
